Staying on top of the feedback you’re receiving from your clients is critical, and Zapier can help automate tasks whenever you receive feedback on any track in your HitSend workspace.

You can receive instant notifications in a Slack channel, have comments copied over to a Google Doc, or added to a to-do list for later.

NOTE:

In order to ensure the automation works make sure you have the “Comment or Reply Added” integration turned on in your HitSend project settings. If you’re not sure how to do this, you can learn here.

Once your trigger is set up HitSend will send a zap and different information about who made the comment, what they said, on what track, and when it occurred to augment your automation by telling you these items.

  • Project Name

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Comment or Reply

  • The Track that was commented on

  • Date

All of this information can be passed to other applications for additional actions or for your personal records.

NOTE:

It doesn’t matter if the person who made the comment was a Project Member or a Link User, the Zap will still fire.

Once your zap is setup to trigger when a new comment or reply is made, the question is what do you want to do with that information? We have a few items you might be interested to get started.

  • Send a notification in a slack channel that a new comment or reply was made

  • Make the comment or reply a card in Trello or Asana

  • Copy the comment or reply to a Google Sheet

  • Add a task in Microsoft To-Do
