The HitSend project screen is the hub for all your projects, files and payments where you can stay organized and on top of each of your projects that you own in your workspace.

Project Sidebar

On the left hand side of the screen starting at the top you can see the name of your workspace. Clicking on this name will give you an overview of your workspace, and the ability to switch to a different workspace.

Below that is the purple "NEW +" button that gives you the option to create new projects, along with adding files and invoices.

Below you will be able to see all your Active and Archived projects that you've created in your workspace. The indicator to the left of the name shows whether the project has been approved or not, as if the circle is grey that means the project is not approved, whereas if the indicator is green that means the project has indeed been approved.

At the bottom of the column is where you can access your trashed files if you need to restore a file, or delete it permanently.

Header Row

The header row has your project breadcrumb at the top left, showing your current file tree. On the opposite side you have your account notifications, user icon, and the help button.

Below your account icons you can see the Playlist Link button all the way to the right, along with the Add Project Members icon, and any active members currently invited to the project.

Project Cards

The project cards give access to different elements of the project such as the Playlist, Deliverables, Checklist and Invoices.

Each shows relevant information, and clicking on the card will bring up that action dialog. If you have more than 4 cards, you can scroll through them with your mouse wheel, or by using the arrows in the Project Header.

Project Files

Below the cards are where all of your files and folders are shown. You can see certain file types based on the icon to the left of the name, along with the file status. Clicking on a file will bring up additional information on the right hand side as well as options to download or delete the selected asset.
