Should I use the project review link or add a project member?

HitSend was created with collaboration in mind, but we understand there are multiple people involved in every project with different roles. To accommodate these variations, we’ve given you the tools to meet your specific needs on a project by project basis.

Playlist Link

The Playlist Link is the easiest way to gather feedback and collaborate on a project as you can share one link for everyone, that doesn’t require an account or to download an app that works on any device with a web browser.

Project Members

There are two different types of Project Members based on the different roles necessary in a project.

Clients

The client role is the next step up from the project link, with the added security of individual logins, with unique download permissions for each Client.

Workflow Tip

If you’re working with a band, turn Commenting and Approvals off on the Playlist Link, and then add the band’s point person as a Client. That way only one person will be giving you feedback and you don't have to deal with a band fighting to have everyone turned up.

Collaborators

Not everyone involved is the one paying the bill, and the Collaborator role is built for this use case. Perhaps you have an intern managing your projects, or are co-writing a new sync album. The Collaborator role allows you and others to share files and work side by side.
