You’ve been invited to join a HitSend project which is great, but you’re not sure how everything works. That’s ok because we’ll cover everything you’ll need to know to get started including:

To join a project start by clicking on the link that was sent to you, after which you’ll be prompted to enter your name, email, and a secure password. If you already have a HitSend account, just sign into your account, and if you don't have an account yet you'll need to create one. Don’t worry you won’t have to pay anything to join the project. Once you’ve confirmed your email for security purposes, you’ll be able to sign in.

You can leave timestamped comments on any track in the player screen. To get to the play screen click the play icon on the Playlist Card.

Once in the player, you will be able to see all the comments associated with the track on the right hand side of the screen on desktop, or by selecting the Comments tab on mobile. You can reply to previous comments, as well as leave your own feedback to help the revision process.

Q: What if it just asks for my name and/or a password?

A: That means you were given a project link and can only access the player.

If you need to add files to the project, you can do so by dragging and dropping files into the project screen, or by using the purple "NEW +" button to select files in your finder window.
